Below you will find answers to the questions we receive most often about how milannight handles personal data, what rights you hold as an account holder in India, and how to exercise those rights quickly and without hassle.

We collect your name, email address, mobile number and date of birth at registration. Once active, we also record transaction data linked to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, device identifiers, IP address and in-session activity logs used to secure your account.

Log in and go to Settings, then Data & Privacy to download your data export directly. Alternatively, email [email protected] with your registered mobile number and we will prepare a full data record and send it within 30 days.

Yes. Submit a deletion request through the in-account Data & Privacy panel or by email. We will remove your data from live systems after the mandatory retention period required by applicable Indian law has elapsed for transaction records.

Payment details linked to UPI, Paytm and PhonePe are shared only with the relevant payment processor to complete your transaction. We never share this data with advertisers, data brokers or marketing partners under any circumstances.

After closure, transaction and identity records are kept for the period required by applicable law — typically to meet financial compliance obligations. Once that period expires, your data is deleted in our next scheduled purge cycle.
